Pricing walkthrough

See how the pricing page actually helps you choose.

This video explains the logic behind the page: when free is enough, when premium makes sense, and why school access is scoped through a conversation rather than a self-serve checkout.

Frequently asked questions

How does the school pilot work?

For schools, we offer a 30-day pilot matched to your class or department size. No credit card is required. After a short discovery conversation, we agree the right setup and rollout plan before access is prepared.

Do individual users get a premium trial?

Individual users can start on the Free plan and upgrade to Premium when ready. The Free plan is designed as a practical entry path before moving to full premium access.

What's included in the 174 lessons?

Our curriculum covers 10 core modules: Drums & Rhythm, Harmony & Melody, Music Theory, Ear Training, Bass & Low End, Arrangement, Sound Design, Mixing, Vocals, and Mastering. Each lesson includes interactive tools, practical exercises, and theory.

Do we need to install any software?

No! Music Producer Lab is 100% cloud-based. Students access everything through their web browser. Works on Windows, Mac, Chromebooks, and tablets. No installation, no IT headaches.

Can we add more students later?

Yes. School access is scoped through a conversation, so adding teachers, classes, or year groups is straightforward — just get in touch and we'll adjust your setup. There's no rigid per-seat checkout to navigate.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees, no hidden costs. Everything is scoped transparently during your discovery call, and access is prepared once the pilot or rollout shape is agreed.

How do teachers track student progress?

Teachers get a dashboard showing each enrolled learner's class-linked activity, time spent, completed lessons, and CSV exports for internal review. Deeper curriculum analytics are not part of the MVP.

What payment methods do you accept?

For schools and institutions we support purchase orders, bank transfer, and invoicing — whichever route fits your procurement process. We sort out the billing method as part of the setup conversation. Individual Premium uses secure card checkout with Stripe and includes access to the customer billing portal.

What if we want to cancel?

You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No lock-in penalties apply. If a billing issue occurs, contact support and we'll review your case under our published refund policy.

How is institutional pricing decided?

We scope it after a short conversation about learner numbers, teaching team size, onboarding needs, compliance requirements, and whether you're piloting with one class or rolling out across a department or trust. The goal is to fit the real setup, not force you into the wrong public tier.

Is this suitable for GCSE/A-Level Music Technology?

Yes! Our curriculum aligns with GCSE and A-Level Music Technology specifications. Students learn production techniques, music theory, mixing, and mastering - all key components of exam boards like Edexcel, AQA, and OCR.

Do you work with MATs (Multi-Academy Trusts)?

Yes. Multi-site rollouts, shared onboarding, coordinated teacher accounts, and institution-wide compliance documentation are all things we handle through a structured conversation. Get in touch at innovatesolutionsnow@gmail.com to start the discussion.

Ready to plan the right setup?

If you are learning on your own, start free and upgrade when you are ready for the full path. If you are planning for a class, department, or institution, start with a short conversation and we'll shape the right pilot or rollout together.
